Impiana Hotel Ipoh

This hotel is conveniently located just 1 km from the airport. the deluxe king room has been recently renovated, offering basic amenities along with a nice bathtub. the location is comfortable and perfect for a relaxing stay. 🛁.

The twin room is cheap and has an iron, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment...

Whole place was clean with lovely views; perfect and excellent location to Ipoh town centre. The staff were efficient and gave us good recommendations. The room neat and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was amazing, with great food choice.

Thought that there would be parking space, but we were wrong.

Location - the location here is amazing! It's right next to a clinic and also near Ipoh Parade and other cool spots. Plus, it's smack dab in the city center 🏙️.

The hotel was well priced and ideal and placed in a classic-style building. We got a room with bidet. The bed was extremely comfy, exceptionally nice staff at night shift. Our location was favourable and strategic near restaurant. Further, it was adjacent to airport and town centre and local restaurants.

We enjoyed nice pool.

Comfortable bed, spacious room that looked recently renovated. Appreciated having a safe, mini-bar, and iron - so convenient! 🛏️.

Stayed in the deluxe room. It was newly refurbished and had a Zen like feel. Bed was comfortable. Loved the rain shower and the bath gel smelled great!

Service at the front counter was a little slow and i could here the noise from the traffic facing my room's window.

This place is spacious and offers the option of a bathtub or shower.

The hotel is located near to city and it's pretty convenient.

The swimming pool is not well maintained and there is no appropriate enforcement of rules on swimming attire. Another set back is the opened carpark that could cause inconvenience to guests especially when it rains.

Good location, easy to locate and not in the middle of town. Easy access in and out of Ipoh

There is no shaded or covered walk way from the car to the hotel in case of rain or the hot sun

The breakfast here is wonderful with fresh fruit juices, and the central location is great.

On three seperate days, after my room was serviced, I had to ask for the complimentary water or towels to be delivered. This became tiresome. The room price and ccost of meals were very reasonable by uk standards, but the price of a beer was exorbitant..

My husband & I were only staying there for 1 night. We took the room without breakfast. We both agreed that the room is spacious and comfy. Although the hotel personnel are all friendly and gave us good service, the only thing that was not very satisfying was I requested for baby cot but it was not sent to my room. I stated in my special request when I booked from this website, and I requested again at the front desk. The personnel told me that the baby cot will be send to my room. I stayed at room 514. Although the room is spacious, we are unable to use the bathtub. My husband was using the bathtub first, but when I wanted to take my bath with my baby in the bathtub, the bath water of my husband cannot go through the drain. The maintenance came and said that the problem can be fixed but it is time-consuming. Plus, the sink was leaked. Another issue was that one of the closet sliding door cannot slide. Overall, it is a good hotel although we experienced some issue during our stay.

The only think that we do not like was: 1. we were promised that the baby cot will be send to our room, but none was sent to us. 2. we were not offered to change to a new room due to the bathtub issue.
